Indemnity
- Refunds will not be allowed for hikers who do not complete the hike through injury or sickness.
- Should anybody needed to be evacuated the cost for such evacuation will be for the hiker.
- On the last night, some Hikers might not want to stay and might want to leave straight after the last day’s hike. You are welcome to do so, but refunds for the last night’s accommodation Dinner & Breakfast will not be possible.
- All fees to be paid in full by the 1st of April 2024.
- Cancellations (Regardless of reason) more than 15 days before the 28th of April will receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellations (Regardless of reason) less than 15 days before the 28th of April, will receive 25% refund.
- Cancellations (Regardless of reason) less than 7 days before the 28th of April will receive R0 refund.
- It is advisable that all members will be in possession of a Medical scheme. (All recovery costs, (if any) will be for the account of the hiker)
- Indemnity forms will be signed by all hikers on the evening of Welcoming.
- Personal information, such as Blood group, allergies etc will be sourced before the hike.
- Vehicles will be taken and parked at the end point (Waterkloof Farm) on the day of arrival. (Please arrive before 16h00 to give enough time for that – 44Km Drive return)
- All hikers must supply their own Bandages, Medication and or any Supplements.
- Under aged Children to be accompanied by at least 1 Parent.
